In consideration of participating in any classes or events with Dancing On The Go, LLC, you acknowledge by signing up or registering for classes, including dancing and other exercises, or any other uses of Dancing on the Go, are undertaken by you at your sole risk. Participants understand and acknowledge that participation in dance and fitness classes can inherent risk of injury that cannot be eliminated. Please be sure to consult with your doctor if you have any health concerns before stating dance or fitness classes. Dancing on the Go shall not be liable for any claims for injuries (including death) or damages whatsoever to any person or property, or of your guests, arising out of or connected with any use of Dancing on the Go, LLC. You further agree to indemnify and hold Dancing on the Go and its employees or other agents harmless from all claims by or liability to you or your guests.
