Kids program & Adult group classes. (Limited slots available) 30 Minute: $100 (1-10 students) $125 (10 or more students) 45 Minute: $150 (1-10 students) $175 (10 or more students) 60 Minute: $200 (1-10 students) $225 (10 or more students) Program Benefits For Kids Dance Fit: Kids will learn kid-friendly routines / stretches with the breakdown of steps and techniques designed to help with their gross motor skills. The benefits of DOTG is to help develop a fun and free environment for kids to feel confident, inspired, and overall have fun while learning how to incorporate fitness as a natural part of their lives. Creating an understanding for a healthy lifestyle is urgent at a young age. Classes will incorporate key childhood development elements like memory, creativity, coordination, and cultural awareness.
